Felt yarn rugs are no problem with a brushless machine. Send 'em our way.

For some odd reason-- don' use rust remover on felt rugs. It seems to "bleach" the area where it's applied.

Good info, we've not had a felted rug with rust on it.

The same happens with Chinese, Pakistani or other rugs that have been heavily bleach-treated at the point of manufacture. I'm guessing here; the problem with felted rugs could be due to using strong alkalines (or bleach) to make the wool scales stand up so they interlock and felt more easily. Might do the same damage to the fiber.

Anyone know?
