Multi truck Q?

Do you guys have all your trucks fully equipped and/or set up the same? Can they perform all the tasks that come up without a trip to the shop?

At my peak, I had 3 trucks. I made sure each truck had all of everything they need, every day, although the drivers were supposed to do that, and usually did, I checked anyway, and once in a while there was something missing.

They all had a checkoff sheet, and supposed to follow it, but, ya know....

For the most part, yes, although we do have guys that specialize in a service that isn't called for multiple times a day, and only their trucks will be set up for that service.
