you two goobs should be OK, but the new world order is taking it's toll on both suppliers and cleaners.
No wife with a job or finacial backer? Shit gonna get real.

Is cleaning the floors a luxury for your clients?...ooofa.

They probably will be skipping a year or three...

Expect the TM options to dwindle SIGNIFCANTLY.
Expect to see suppliers stop seeling truckmounts of completely shutting down due to lack of qualified personel.
Practice up on your low moisture skills boys...

Well, you know who I blame.

Been hedging the portfolio with deep ITM option calls. Been working out well. Still it's ugly out there. I can't wait for the real estate market to tank again. I'll be ready to scoop up a rental.

Premium multi service providers should be fine. Those of you have been going after price shoppers are probably going to get ******...

And be real careful who you buy a truck mount from right now in both manufacturer and dealer

good luck.

It may be different there (it isn't it's worse) but if you pay attention you will notice a major difference between today and 2008. In most places prior to 2008 you were probably greeted with a multitude of "new houses starting at" signs at intersections. You won't have the excess supply you had then*. While prices might flatline I wouldn't expect to see the "tanking" you saw in 2008.....and you are probably years out from significant declines in rates.

*CA has had a supply problem for decades....the primary driver behind cost.

I just want to clarify. I'm not that insensitive. I don't want to see anyone lose their home or lose equity. After losing everything myself, I'm just trying to make a plan to get some rentals back in my portfolio.

I’m happy to be the guy that caters to a small but affluent town, where half my customers just give me their garage codes and Venmo me for the cleaning.

Seems like they all have Goldendoodles that piss.

My average trip between jobs is less than 10 minutes.

I’m definitely limited in income potential with just me and one truck, but my low stress life is a good trade off.

I only need around 10 jobs per week.
