Wink. should be in the automotive section with the other rust removers. spray directly to carpet. let dwell.

Did he mention a rust remover or just a prespray? Why not just go to shampoo section and pick up some hoover or bissel and use as a prespray? I've used some that was left behind at move outs and it worked pretty well.
