I dont, but its usually the weakest link that causes failures. I have far less moving parts or computers. I may have a breakdown, its just far less likely imo to be something proprietary and hard to fix.

In reality once you figure out the 570 its very simple, an air pump that use's the vacuum pump to move the heat diverter and crazy cheap heat. Ya it bypasses but its not much different component wise then yours Mike.

4.8 Tri lobe blower 454 cfm, general pump, kubota motor and if you take off the machine covers its a thing of beauty.

An auto pump out is a must, the biggest problem for me would be the shut off switch in the dump tank.Do you use a better one Mike???? is there a better one????

One last thing if the heat get taken out and you have turn it off the machine produce 170 degree water all day and you can easily unhook the pump air lines and manually turn the diverter off at that point you'll have not bypassing and still be able to clean.

If your propane goes out how hots your water gonna be? and how quick can you repair a coil???

With my old prochem 405 with 9600 hours when I sold it, I was down maybe 3-4 days total over a 10 year period. Theother days I was down because the chevy van was peice of crap.

Found out today that in Nevada its against the law to dump waste water on the dirt, lawn or otherwise...only the sewer.

Ray, how much for that pump out?

Mike, We have never been able to dump anywhere but a sanitary sewer, that is why I have always bought units that have large waste tanks. I could not operate effeciantly with an 80 gallon waste tank.

I sure do enjoy a large waste tank. It fits my truck and the type of work I do on top of that my total miles driven each year is around 7,500. If I had to drive across the city each day I would definately be a pump out guy.
