Steve B posted a link to your site which as I’ve said before you have one of the best carpet cleaning sites I’ve seen. I made a comment that started a discussion about the text and frankly re-reading my own post several subsequent posts were harsh, inappropriate and unprofessional I owe you an apology….. sorry! I forgot one of the golden rules in life/business you cannot abridge an issue constructively while insulting someone. Beyond that, SOAP isn’t a big issue rather a pet peeve and my opinion of educating consumers and technical clarifications don’t belong don’t belong on a thread about post cards.
I suggest deleting this thread or at a minimum archiving it from the point I took it off on a tangent it detracts from the purpose of this thread and may scare off others form sharing their marketing info.
