In the last month I have aquired so much new equipment, I had to move out of the house.
This building has been sitting empty for 8 years, it has tons of exposure, it's on the main drag right across from our movie theater and near the highway.
The landlord can't rent it at his prices, he has other empty properties too.

So he is going to let me use it for 1000 per month untill he finds a rent, then I can take part of the building or split. shiteatinggrin

I'm hoping the exposure alone will pay the rent, I think it will. I have plans to make that work.

Still getting jobs from the flooding too

I'm a little nervous making the plunge but even just to rent the storage space for the equipment I have would run me 300 - 400 and that would be in a storage facitlity with no exposure.

I think he wanted $2200 for 4000 sf. It's 10000 sf.

The 1 ton might fit. The big trucks will be outside, but that's cool with us.

Gotta go to work 8)

Nice looking building. Don't tell him he'd probably have rented it at his asking price if the lot was paved.
