thought you'd never ask

Upside -

* great service
* very professional
* turns shoppers into estimates/jobs when you are not around to answer the phone
* i found they get more jobs than just letting it go to voicemail
* they are there something like 14 hrs a day to take your calls
* gives your company a professional image by making it look as though you have a crew answering your calls

Downside -

* $20 per booked job ads up quick, but the benefits clearly out weight the cost

It did not work for us, but it does have some benefits if you do not already have a system in place that answers all of our potential clients
questions as well as a better time frame to book appointments.

wasn't crazy about it, lack of knowledge of your service area. More than a few times we had to reschedule jobs they booked because of 50 mile driving distances. It was very generic when we tried it, but that was also 2 years ago, maybe its better now

At twenty bucks a pop you'd get better bang for your buck hiring an office manager. Well, that's what I think anyway.
