Here are some pics from a new customer I just picked up that has around 200 units. Rat Nasty often comes to us in the form of dry particulate matter. My proposal clearly stated “Carpets should be thoroughly vacuumed prior to our arrival.”

We burned out 2 belts on the upright and did not have the correct attachment for the backpack or an unglided wand. Here is Gabe, my weekend / commercial guy vacuuming with a stair tool.

I tried it for a while in some of my areas and it just looked halfassed.

with you penchant for spray 'n wipe cleaning, I'm surprised "halfassed" would bother you....
