My Service monster and QuickBooks pro 2020 not importing correctly

The IIF importing is importing most payments but not the invoices. most of the data transfers fail.
both SM and QB say they don't support IIF importing issues.

has anyone had similar issues?
do you recommend a different accounting software or scheduling software?

I'm having to re-enter a lot of data and it sucks;
but it occupies my time while I'm social distancing during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Yes, I had the same problem. I called SM and they walked me through it. It’s just a minor change in procedure

I asked for help through a Service Ticket-- which didn't go as well.

:headscratch: I think the guy who responded was the same person who didn't do so well when he worked their call center for me.
I'll call on Monday or tuesday.
