over all it looks a little "commercial" not so much "residential"

They are not paying for the listing, but they are actively referring me to their clients. Most of them are BNI members, but some of them are just good referral sources.

I would personalize the site by putting your picture---on every page. Maybe down in the footer or on the side of the header and make the header bigger.

I could not read the business cards on the screen of my laptop.

The footer should not have grey print on grey background. You want your print to be very distinct from the background. Make the print larger and put your USP and a picture of you down there in the Footer..

A Call to Action on every page.
