Mytee M-12 mods

Is there a way to update my M12 to a 2" vac inlet like the new ones? Can a new fitting be glued into the machine and will it make a big difference? Called Mytee and talked to someone who did not know what he was talking about. Usually they are on top of things, he must be new. Will the new Mytee vac booster work with the M12 as it only has a 2 stage vac?

I have an M 12 and I would believe the new 'cuffs' should fit. Their booster should make a huge difference for carpet. I have a Steambrite booster I use for carpet that sits on top of the waste tank in place of the lid, it's a 3 stage and definitely increases the air flow. I would like the new booster for it's auto pump out and it's built in Lint Hog.
