Im sure anything would help lol. I am very thankfull that we have an electric hose reel. It has broken down on us once or twice and screw that... winding the hose up 8 x a day would break you down doing it 7x a week...But on the other hand you wouldnt need to hit up the gym. Thank god for technoldgy.

in time that wheel will finally glaze over and it will start losing its grip.......plus I just can not see that thing winding up 300 foot of dead weight hose with out slipping.........nice set up but take the wheel off and throw a few cheap sprockets and a chain on it and forget it.........
