need cleaner in kansas city Missouri

One of my customers is having trouble finding a cleaner that "isn't a joke compared to B&B". She says she doesn't know what we did but these guys have no concept of how to clean carpet.

Any good cleaners in Kansas City Missouri?

We don't do anything that special, we use hot water, high flow, drying fans, we run 2.5.... nothing that special.
