A customer dropped off a suitcase with a heavy perfume odor from breaking open. I cleaned the interior which made little difference and aired it out without much change either. Any other ideas?

Oops!

Mang that's going to be a tough one. Its spilled into the construction and sometimes they use cardboard. That now has been saturated with fragrance. Its a wick. :errf:

We would probably ozone it to get rid of the odor. If you don't have an ozone unit you could also try putting it in the sun with an airmover on it in hopes of evaporating off the perfume. It will eventually go away but it may take sometime.

You cant' "clean" it out. Only hope to dry it out. Do what Richard said. Put it outside with a airmover on it
