I got a call today about a tile job. The tole was just layer down and has epoxy grout. The epoxy grout was not cleaned properly and not only hazes the tile but there are little clumps of grout everywhere. How do I take the haze and clumps of grout off without damaging the grout lines?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I believe it is commercial grade kitchen ceramic. It is not natural stone. It is a kitchen at an elementary school.

The guy said it was from a messed up install.

Did it turn out to be on all the areas Mike?

High pH - strongest stripper you can get. Scrub it in, high heat removal. Acid won't do anything on epoxy unless it has butyl in it.

call me if you need additional help - have done a couple like this.
