Ok,
I'm having massive amounts of work done to my house this week and we've had dumpster parked out front the last few days.
A neighbor took it upon himself to dump some old paint cans in the dumpster when nobody was looking - so he thought. Well, of course it happened: a large puddle of paint emerged under the dumpster. Thankfully he fessed up to the villainous deed, but now he must begin the process of cleaning this crap up.
It's asphalt, so I'm assuming the paint will dry and simply peel up? He put kitty litter on top in the meantime.
Should it peel? Will it need some sort of wash?
Can I OP it?
