I've been using a lot of Saiger's products for the past few years like Code Red and Code Red of Encaps along with the eucalyptus scented Saigercide. My customers have always enjoyed the eucalyptus scent but Mark has now come out with his Mango Code. Took a lot to pry my hands off the eucalyptus but my supplier bribed me with a free gallon. Used it on a couple of encap jobs, just adding it to my encap solution on my Phoenix and people on both jobs had to remark on it First job was the lady boss who stayed late to lock up, she loved it and when I told it was Mango she liked even more because she likes mangoes. The next job, both cleaning ladies had to come over to see what I was using. Both loved it. So, if you are looking for a new scent that you think people will like, give it a try. Nothing wrong with the eucalyptus but this is a refreshing alternative. Thanks, Mark and Sam at IAA Carmeli Cleaning for the free product. You'll probably have cleaners beating down your door looking for their free stuff now.

I've tried just about all the encaps out there except for Saiger's. I'm using Vacaway on Residential now. I doubt you do much Residential VLM but are you satisfied with how Code Red cleans cheap polyester ? I do a lot of apartments with cheap polyester carpet and I'm always looking for something better but so far nothing I have tried is better than Vacaway.

I don't do any residential encap. I have tried Vacaway's commercial magic and 357 and they work well on greasier carpet. For my commercial I have had great success with the Saiger's Code Red of Encaps but I also bring a sprayer of TOPS spot remover which has some solvent in it. I pretreat black, greasy stains with that then go over it with the Saiger's. You can reverse that and use an alkaline product like Saiger's regular encap or one of the Vacaway products and pretreat any coffee/water/beverage stains with an oxidizer like Harvard's Just Like Magic.
