From the picture it on looks like the text "We suck" under DirtBusters is reflective and the rest isn't. I'd have it all reflective or none of it.

the flames are paint and are 5 years old Just we suck is reflective I don't know about the price difference the job was done on trade I have had one complaint about the we suck from a guy in the wall-mart parking lot holding a 6 pack of beer
