New style of Rug to me

Double side rope material type rug.

Sheds everywhere.

How to clean...Hand tool? Pad it? Hand pad it? Dry fast? Vacuum good?

What's the skinny?

Custy had a plumber get pipe "goop" on it from a dripping pipe under the kitchen sink.

I've seen similar rugs made from cotton, rayon and acrylic you should be able to wash it if you are set up for that padding although I've never done it seems too aggressive for the rug

It needs a wash, and either hang sideways to dry or lay flat with lots of air movement.

Why not Von Schrader it?

Hand Pad won't get it clean. We've washed ones like that but never had a bad shedding one. After air dusting, you should be able to wash it hang on a beam and shift drying positions for uniform drying ie left to right, top to bottom, face up-face down.

how big is it?

Being the hack that I am I take mine to the industrial washer at the laundromat put on gentle and hang dry . make sure if you hang it don't clip it it will distort the shape. $2.50 to clean and charge minimum of $75
