Mike asked for me to post pics of my new Ram Pro Master 3500 EXT,
My 870 is 2 + years old... I still have more 'tweaks' to do... but really like it so far. Here ya go, Bud...

Why don't you use the height of the van and have a 12-15 inch high frame installed under the truckmount for pull out drawers?

Thanks for the great idea. I might do that. I keep wanting to do that with my spool but have been lacking the time. There is no down time here to get projects done.

The 870 looks so small in that van. Nice ride.
How do you like the 870?

I have 860 hours on it now... Great machine! I run it on medium 'most' all of the time... and still get 210 ATW running 08 flow and 500-700 psi ATM
I am an 'avid' 4td guy 25' off the Y , So much better than 2.5" (eh' @Jim Martin) ;)

I am waiting on a Jim Martin Custom Green Glide for the new Carbon Fiber Bentley I won at ICE...
I have used it with that POS stainless glide that it comes with... and had to park it til a 'real glide' shows up ;)

I was running 50' off the Y and the vac was killing me... (reminded me of why I love glides in a hurry!)
Dry time was great, but wow...

If I was to leave it, I would have to go back to a single 2" all the way back to the machine...
Or go to a prespray that has more slip... or both of the above....

Actually that's a little disappointing on the heat. I run much higher flow and rarely let go of the trigger. I hope it will hold that with a higher flow. What kind of heat running two. ?

As I said, I run it on "Medium speed" and hold 210-220 ATW... I have also ran it on "High speed" Just to see what she can do, and it held around 245 ATW 12 flow, 500 PSI ATM...

Dual wanding, I run on High speed and with 300' .... 150' to each wand 06 flow on each... 800 ATM it held over 200*

I have been trying to convince Mr stubborn to ditch the 4 to the door set up and hook some 2.5 inch to that machine and unleash it....

it made a big difference on my 570....but he is dead set on the 4 to the door............

CFM meters don't mean anything.....get some 2.5 and hook it up to that machine and clean for a few weeks with a bunch of different variables..and thank me later.......
