I send an email with an invoice attached to every customer after the job is done.
There is text that goes along with each...basically asking for reviews and to become a fan on Facebook, what else they need yada yada.

Got a return email today after my new Tech cleaned her carpets.

A very nice lady wrote
Dear Brian,

I wish to comment on the fabulous job that Thomas did cleaning the carpets in my rental! He was thorough, personable and yet professional. Please give him my regards! I will highly recommend Priority in the future. And, thanks for sending the invoice.

Sincerely,
Connie

And yet? And yet?

What is it rare to be thorough, and personble but also professional?

Don't give him a raise just yet.. Perhaps she was a hottie and he just went out of his way.

A Tech has never stolen from yet...that I know of (at least not since I changed my structure)

2 customers owe me money right now...one for way too long.

You?
