Apr 12, 2011 #3 B Bjorn Guest just the nature of pd blowers more rpms the more amps it's going to draw to get sufficient cf ms and lift making a stationary machine with 440 three phase I would have no problem turning a 6 blower with a 20 hp electric motor at great speeds hence why a bane only turns so fast with a 1 1/2 hp motor with less lift and cfm
