Hello y’all,
My name is Steve Gillett. I am new to posting in MB.
I wanted to introduce myself and hopefully hear from fellow Stone maintenance guys.
I have been working in the stone industry for 17+ years.
I have held every position, except for owner, at ATLAS Marble & Stone Care in Santa Ana, CA for 12 years.
For 3 years I managed and installed granite and hard surface countertops for a few companies.
And, for the past 2 years I have been at STONE PRO as a Technical Support Representative with Rob Fairfield.
I’ve seen a lot of floors and have been through many troubleshooting situations and Customer Service resolution decisions.
I don’t know everything, as this is a forever learning industry. But, I can offer many helpful, timesaving solutions for stone maintenance, restoration, repair and sealing questions about all types of natural stone and engineered quartz products.
I have bid many successful jobs that ended in happy customers, that paid. I am on Mikey’s board to learn and help.
