In wouldn't be buying any HM products.....

Jus' sayin.
Why? I have yet to see any valid explanation why I shouldn't get HM. Ty Canmore offers no further details as to why hm is dogshit. Chris Hagen doesn't even understand why . He currently Services it and yet to see any issues with HM that TY is experiencing. Feel free to fill in the gaps.

My Titan was underpowered with suction that I couldn’t find the cause. I just assumed it was the waste tank design. Other than that, it was user friendly on maintenance and the heat was ok but not as good as a 570 that I’ve experienced. I put 2500hrs on mine before I traded it in.

I love HM I think the cds is great but I saw some major problems for them through Covid like not getting machines out ect
My CDS 4.8 has been treating me real good, knock knock knock. 2016. One fail over the years which got me to this board for the answer. That worked out excellent.

I was also pleased with the service help on HM end. Email thread for other smaller issues was stellar so far.

Ya I have 2 and one has 140k miles and around 4500 hours of cleaning total it’s used by employees so driven hard and not always taken care of and it’s still out everyday

I’d say they are great I like it better than my butler but it’s just because I’m use to it

My CDs has 264,000 kilometers and over 4000 hours. Still going strong. My Cleanco has 336,000 kilometers and over 5600 hours and still works great.
