Why? I have yet to see any valid explanation why I shouldn't get HM. Ty Canmore offers no further details as to why hm is dogshit. Chris Hagen doesn't even understand why . He currently Services it and yet to see any issues with HM that TY is experiencing. Feel free to fill in the gaps.In wouldn't be buying any HM products.....
Jus' sayin.

My Titan was underpowered with suction that I couldn’t find the cause. I just assumed it was the waste tank design. Other than that, it was user friendly on maintenance and the heat was ok but not as good as a 570 that I’ve experienced. I put 2500hrs on mine before I traded it in.Why? My CDS 4.8 has been treating me real good, knock knock knock. 2016. One fail over the years which got me to this board for the answer. That worked out excellent.I love HM I think the cds is great but I saw some major problems for them through Covid like not getting machines out ect
Better than the plate exchangers HM just came out with? Also the sapphire heat exchanger is the best ever designed for a slide in.

I was also pleased with the service help on HM end. Email thread for other smaller issues was stellar so far.
