Since I have so many Seal-A-Door users mad at me for introducing a zipper AFTER they got theirs, I feel obligated to say: "Don't fall for the zipper enhancement, we may introduce a remote control version by the 12th. And then, be cautious of ordering the remote control version because we will be working on a "Human Sensor" version that may be available by the next 12th". We are abandoning the "Improvise or perish" mantra....

I think a 1.5 inch flap under the zipper with some weak magnets spaced out would enable even easier access in situations where wind or aggressive kids or pets wont be testing the limits.
Ron you need to design all these cool upgrades with one handed operation in mind.

I'm personally often worried about scratching the door jamb wood work.

Have you though about rubber dipping the end caps on the poles?

Thank you for the feedback and suggestion. We are trying to find a dip that won't leave a "rubber skid mark" on the frame...that will most likely be our next enhancement. That was the original intent of the "pads" on the caps...but they leave a bit to be desired, for sure.
