free shipping. 1/2 inch wider...not much but i'll take it. the dust cup holds 3.3 dry quarts compared to the NV500 model, which only holds 1.3 dry quarts...that's the best upgrade imo!

going to order one, it looks like it's the best upright for vacuuming under furniture.

I'm running into so much Smart Strand these days that I'm thinking I'm going to have to go with an approved vacuum.

Couple things: the dust cup does NOT hold more than the red & white Lift Away model... The sales rep flat out lied about that. Or else he is clueless about his product. Also the suction is not as good at the wand as it is on the red & white model. The only reason I can think that is, is because it uses 1150 watts versus the red & white models 1200 watts.

But it does vacuum under things a lot easier.
