taking Mike's advice to have customers review us on FB as well as Angie's List;
"ACT One did a fabulous job on our carpeted rooms. The two employees, Andrew and Samantha, were professional and of course courteous. Mr. Hamilton, the owner, personally came to our house to give an estimate and explain the entire process start to finish. Any questions could be answered via phone call, text, or email. They make sure you are 100% satisfied prior to giving them payment and we absolutely are satisfied. We have a big, fluffy dog who sheds a lot and this company was able to pull so much hair out (gross, I know) and revamp the carpet. I highly recommend this small business to anyone; they're honest, professional, and upfront about pricing. The quote I received 3 weeks ago is what I paid today. Five star job. Thank you."
