Tim---What brand is on the bike? The only bikes I have ever built with the 26 1 3/8" Plus size---you will also see it called 26 x 1 1/4-- is Schwinn. Any bicycle shop can get them, I would be totally amazed if those bikes had the Schwinn size rims. Are the bikes 3 speeds?
Any shop can get them for about $20 retail---the ISO size is 597 (which is the diameter of the wire bead that holds the tire on)
Look on the side of the tire---at your age you might have your kids do it---or use a magnifying glass. There will be a number 590 x 32 to 40.
The ONLY wheels that were built to fit the 597 tire were Schwinns. Those bikes in the picture are not schwinns. You need 590 x 32 to 42 tires to fit those rims. You need standard 26 x 1 3/8" tires. NOT 597 x 38.
