Not again! "We already cleaned it with a Bissell"

Second day in a row of having to fix someone's home urine cleaning remedy. I clean an assisted living facility but since they got a new maintenance man they have been cleaning the units themselves with a Bissell. Fine with me, that place is always a PIA to clean anyway. But then, I got the call. They have tried "everything" and can't get the urine smell out.

I asked them what "everything" consisted of. They told me the carpet was sprayed with a prespray of some sort, then scrubbed with a brush head on a 175. Then "cleaned" with their portable unit. They just could not get the "Dog" smell out.

I arrived this morning and when I walked into the 2nd story unit my eyes immediately started burning. The odor hit me like a brick wall. This was not just dog, but human urine odor. I clicked on the UV light and once again I could see it was evenly smeared everywhere.

Saiger Pee Lyme, Worx sprayer, CRB, and 20 minute dwell for the first treatment . Then enzyme prespray boosted with SaigerCide for the second treatment. Extracted Then more topical SaigerCide for the third post treatment.

All I want is Marty's acceptance.

I got one for ya Damon.... just got a call from my office. The guy on the other end of the phone was obviously shaken. The story goes like this.... he owns a fourplex, and the neighbour next door can hear a child crying next door. Well, it’s only in one room upstairs she can here the child.... she’s a stay at home mom, and is hearing this day and night for like the last 3 months.... we’ll last Saturday night, the people next door are partying, and then they leave.... this lady can hear nothing but this child crying for like 3 hrs.... it’s one in the morning, she decides to call the police.... they show up, they knock on the door, there’s no answer... this lady says ‘I swear I hear a child, come with me upstairs’.... well, they follow her up, and sure enough, they hear a child crying aswell.... sure enough, this fooked up lady has had her 3 year old son locked in this bedroom for probably 3 months.... the landlord has booked an appointment for us to come and clean up the feces, urine, and food spills..... I’m dreading it..... child services has taken the child away, and I think this piece of sh!t mother is in jail..... fooked up eh?

Extreme urine cases I highly recommend replacement . NO FOO FOO JUICE is going to fix that to make it healthy and live able again.

You can recommend replacing all you want , if you don't clean it the land lord will just call the next splash and dash company that will clean it.
I would rather go in there and throw everything at it knowing I did the best it's ever going to get with out replacing then let the next company in there to the same job or lesser and take the money.
