I've got enough scheduled for this month to possibly double my best month ever which was only last July.

Be careful what you wish for...I've been working from 6am to 8pm easy.

I'm gainin on ya Ken! And I am keeping my prices up. ...sort of.

I will admit....shhh, don't tell anyone...I put out a coupon for 3 rooms $79.00 up to 150 square feet per room just to try it and I scheduled 45 job for November just from that alone.
The ones that we have done are ending up being an average of $305.59...so that's not too bad.

I'm still a ways away from you Ken but I am working on it. Are you Skeered? :roll:

We're doing ok, on the upside we have a huge fire loss that should keep the contents people busy for a couple of months.

So far almost everyone ....average ticket above.
One phone call per customer, input info, email tech, figure money, Service Monster does the rest.
I don't know, 20 minutes per customer? Depending on how much they like to talk.

as you get more and more repeats that average call time will drop by 75-80 %

That time was the total time I take to get the job done.
I can usually get a new customer in 10 minutes over the phone. That's giving and getting info.

I will have to start timing myself.

I only did it in the Dallas area.
I just wanted to jump start the area and get those Techs some work. Really nice people in that area. The Techs, Jondon, the customers...so far lol.
I didn't think I would make any money at. I just figure it would keep them busy and make them some money...I will have to see what happens still...not sure if I am making money yet.
Gaining customers and hopefully the referrals is a positive thing.
