How are you going to get a 33 blower to flow more than the 2" pipe in and out of it? Oh never mind. :?

Jay: I plan on recasting my blower so I can use 3" hose. shiteatinggrin

For real though it only has about 2.5' of 2" on each side so I think the extra volume might still help.

ACE: I get 3-4 hour dry times right now, but I make three or more extra dry passes and go easy on my prespray. Dry times get a lot worse in the summer.

I think its already been said but it is my understanding that the larger hose can't make a blower move anymore air, it will however make for less resistance on the way to the wand resulting in better performance at the wand.

I test fired the Rebel the other day with Junior. That little phucker gets hot and stays hot! 230+ as advertised. Should I be getting 3600 RPM under full vacuum load? For hose runs of 150 or less I think I would rather have the heat and a little less suck then the PTO with maybe 170 ATW.
