Has anyone used Nyloguard hose sleeving or similar on their high pressure hoses. How was it for coiling? Looking to protect my hoses and further insulate them so they don't leave welts in the carpets when they get too hot. They also contain the spray if a hose bursts.

That was a stoopit suggestion Bristor had many years ago. I got a Joe Nasty gram for attacking his genius.

The issuses I had with it then are the same now. They are designed to get hoses from rubbing against each other on your machine. On your pressure line the will drag and make it harder to use when using. They will also get dirty at some point and will be difficult to clean unlike your solution hose which can just be sprayed down.

It may protect from the welts (you must be using extreme heat) but I can't see it insulating.

If you buy it I'd try a short pieces. 25 foot and see if it does any of what you are hoping.

I am looking to cover just what I bring into the home. With propane heat, it is easy to leave a permanent welt on polypropylene carpet. I haven't had any hoses bursting on me, but if they did, it would be contained within the cover. The cover is nylon, seems easy to clean.
