Ok... since I'm thinking I don't have the power to do a poll on here.. We'll do a "survey." I've read alot of mixed reviews on the Judson Products, and I've had my mixed results as well after trying the products. When people like it they love it! When people get mixed reviews, it just doesn't seem to cut it. I'm very curious about the results we get and the regions we use them in. Let see if there is a relationship somewhere in here. Please Post the following info if you have used the O2 system:

What State are you from?
Does the 02 system work favorably for you?: Yes No Sometimes
Do you use the Hot Sauce? When needed All the Time Never
If the O2 system does not work well for you, what product do you use? (Prespray you use most of the time.. or detergent if need be)

Would love to see lots of post with very little argumenation on this thread. Not trying to discuss whether it works or not but rather who it works for and who it doesn't.

Florida. Judson is my favorite prespray to use. Ease of use, fragrance, safety. But there are bigger hammers that are more cost effective for trashed carpets. If I had a high end clientele its what I'd be using but I'm at the other end of the spectrum.

Usage I use 2 cups for hf with sauce I haven't found any situation that it dosent work in. I primarly use in residentials but I do use it on the slums nasties if I'm out of greaseraser or cobbspowermax. I use both powders and liquids for prespray and I love JJ its a great product for me.
Honestly I have not seen any drop off of cleaning ability with JJ side by side with the above mentioned powders. I just perfer JJ in residential cuz its month green for custys.

It is the only system I currently use and have found it to work very well. I don't do any commercial cleaning but if I get a nasty apartment I will add som hot sauce. If I find myself out of O2 I will use Ultra Pac and Dry Slurry because I still have it in stock.

Florida here.

Judson O2 does a great job. Equals or betters prochem ultra pac or bridgepoint zone perfect which is what the product competes with, but at a cheaper price RTU. It is limited as with all pre-conditioners. It's not perfect even with the hot sauce. Let me first define perfect....perfect would be that it cleans all carpet in all situations and does not need aggitation (pure spray dwell and rinse). But it does cover a lot of uses for me. When it comes to residential it works great. However if the carpet is a trashed rat nasty it does need scrubbing.

However I prefer to use Cobbs powermax on rat nasty since it's cheaper to use and higher ph and requires no booster. If that don't cut it with scrubbing then it's time for a improvisation (a little judson with some powermax and boosted like crazy) and nuked with a strong emulsifier.

I only use it on wall to wall wool and furniture cleaning. It didn't perform that great on olefins and polys for me. Cobbs powermax all day now. And a little pricey for me.

If the O2 system does not work well for you, what product do you use? Right now 02 is the only prespray I've been using, boost it with hot sauce when needed.

What would happen if for some reason your chemical feed stopped working or fluctuates not giving you a good rinse ?.. does that mean you may leave a gummy residue ?.. the prespray really cakes up the measuring cup.

1) NY
2) Most of the time
3) When needed
4) Zone Perfect and HM Clear Water Rinse - works well together

Ive had a client complain about the orange odor being too strong .. I think it smells great!
Maybe a powder form 02 prespray might be good ..

I was givin a sample of the JJ and rinse and I tried it on a VERY greasy Pizza place and On a NASTY rental and both times it didnt cut it for me. I had to go back to the normal prespray that I was using at the time..which was Powerburst.

I like it on furniture and on lightly soiled residential, I love powerburst and extreme clean for the greasy and nasty. Also like the oxyblaster for tile & grout and as a booster. I tried it with the hot sause on some trashed oleifin, I had to do the traffic lanes twice. I really like the rinse and the quat they sell.

Do you use the Hot Sauce? When needed All the Time Never, Only on real trashed stuff and Tile n Grout
If the O2 system does not work well for you, what product do you use? (Prespray you use most of the time.. or detergent if need be) I use PowermaXX on my non pet resi work. I add Purple Power to the O2 on nasty CGD.

Been using O2 for over a year. Works great, 8-12oz in HF no tip, 16 with yellow tip
Use the Hot sauce for trashed places. Also works great.
Clients love the smell, I like the smell, the green-appeal, and that it works!
our water here is pretty soft.

Nevada, 02 is our primary ps, we only use the 02 rinse in our porty. It definitely works well on most jobs. We do use the hot sauce occasionally. Normally we boost it with liquid oxidizer, and frequently with Pro's choice energy for the bad ones.

When I tested the product against a few others I found the o2 gave a better result 90% of the time. There were were a few test models where a high ph product worked better, but we weren't boosting the 02 in those tests.

It's may favorite all around product. Good smell, works well, rinses well, safe on most surfaces, low foam.

Maybe we scared off all the people who didn't like the 02 system because they felt they they were inadequate with the Industries Best Prespray Rinse Combo? 8)

I think it cleaned ok but grand slam seemed to outclean it I am not done evaluating it though. Grease eraser blows it away.
I have not tried the hot sauce yet though but I plan to this week.
I really like the rinse and will prob continue to use it.
My main complaint is that the smell is too much. My helper complains about it. I have to agree it feels like it chokes you.

What State? Pennsylvania. Does the 02 work for you? No. Do you use the hot sauce? yes. Went from 20 ounces in the no tip hydro, to 30 ounces of 02. Tried 5 scoops of hot sauce, then 8 scoops. Went back and forth with suppliers trying to get it straight. Bottom line , did not work for commercial restaurants. I pay my guy $22.50 an hour. And we also had to spot afterwards. Not for me working at night. The only spotting I want to do is gum. Or a few red wine spots. I started to have to use protein spotters. I am not going to waste time waiting for the product to clean. Prespray, icapsul aggitate, extract at 700 psi with 15 flow greenhorn. In and out as quick as possible. Glad I went back to the bridgepoint product powerbreak with 1 cup of citrus for my prespray. Cleans much better with Pghs hard water. I do not use a water softener. After talking to Les and Greenie, they claim the product is great. Les said the only problem he has seen is when people are using a hydroforce. They could be right. They have never steered me wrong before. But in this case, it did not work for me. It does not seem to be a must buy for me. I will try all new things from this board. The suppliers here are some of the best in the industry. Because Butler does not let you run an acid rinse thru your machine. I was very excited to run this new product. I loved running an acid rinse with my other truckmounts. The neutral rinse from judson, made me want to try it asap. Believe me when I tell you I wanted this system to work for me. Ron

Been using JJ as my primary chemistry for the past several months. Works good for me since I increased the O2 concentration to 3-5 oz/gal. Use Hot Sauce most of the time. Usually use local supplier's nuke brew on super-nasties. JJ rinse works well on everything.

O2 works wonders for me. Hardly ever use the hot sauce. Only on Nasties and T&G. Only use it on residential. Bridgepoints powerburst on commercial. Don't do many restaurants, but will try O2 on my next one.

My experience with O2
- it's easy to get carried away with putting too much in. Trust the recommended dilutions because 02 does work with the recogmended amount.

- dwell is important with O2 but seems less important when you add hot sauce

- like most pre-sprays 02 works way better the hotter you extract. When I switched from a "radiator heat" CDS 180-195 ATM to a propane fired unit I got far better results with way less juice.

- kicking up O2 with Judson Dust is only necessary on really bad stuff and not needed at all for most stuff.

- pre-spraying with a hydroforce is fine but after 200 degrees it looses pickup. I use a no tip non-adjustable hydroforce and do not adjust my pressure off of my usual 500 psi when using it.

- I have added QuatALot on MINOR pee jobs with good success. Soak the hell out of the carpet with pre-spray with Quat in it and allow at least a 20 minute dwell time. For major pee jobs I use quat at the recommended dilutions and not mixed with pre-spray as a separate treatment prior to prespray and claw out area then prespay again with a quat/prespray mixture and have not had a call back.

- Spotting with full strength O2 - try it - great results.

we are testing non hydro force for the next 2 weeks
we used a muti for prespray this week and seems to work a lot better with o2
we were up to 30 ounces in inline sprayer on nastys and modifier
but muti with 2 -4 ounces per gallon seems to be workin better at least on a olfin we did fri
maybe the heat is just to much for the inline i DO"NT know yet

I'm from central Illinois and I wasn't impressed with it. Added the booster a couple of times and it didn't seam to help. Especially on restaurant cgd. Can't beat Grease Eraser. You'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands. That shouldn't be hard. I use a battery powered HydroForce sprayer that puts down some juice. What was the question?
