Odor Source Detection Dogs - sniffer Dogs

Hi guys.

Wondering if anybody is using a sniffer dog to locate urine, water damage odor and other hard to locate contamination sites.

Who trains them?
How much?

Several years ago Mike Lamunyon's company had a mold dog on their staff. They had him for quite awhile but eventually sold him.

I thought back then he was $5-6 k but I could be wrong. He was out of my league for an employee.

I have trouble enough with this crew getting them to hit the shitter.
