There was a splash in the pan company that popped up a couple of years ago that somehow amassed hundreds of 5 star reviews. That was all they had, 5 star reviews. No 4 star, no 3 star, no 2 star, no 1 star, just 5 star and they were a brand new company.

Going from a 1.0 to 5.0 and wiping away peoples reviews is really what's shitty.
People do (or at least used to) put a lot of weight on reviews.
