Hi guys I have a problem this thing is leaking pretty heavy and I just noticed it
It looks like it’s missing the cap in the center
I need to complete my day tomorrow but not sure how I’m gonna
The part number shows it’s a prochem part but is there anything I can grab at autozone to fix this and not wait

You can temporarily bypass the switch by removing it and plunging the hole with a 1/8 pipe plug if the machine won't start/stay running that means the switch is normally open and youll have to connect to two wires together. Keep in mind that you are bypassing a safty switch and it should be replaced asap but that should get ya back to work

Yes, you can pick one up at the auto parts store. I bought a couple of them to keep on hand for a spare. Give me about an hour and I'll have a part number available for you to pick up

The plastic headed one you have crapped the same way on mine as well because the plastic weakened due to the heat over time
Thanks for all the help I got the new part and it looks totally different
I’m trying to figure out best way to remove the old one
No way to grab it except in the back and it’s hard to access all of it

If you can't get a wrench in a 1/2" crowsfoot or a plumber's wrench should work

Ya I got it out and now trying to get the new one to thread my local store said that nothing fits the threads correctly and not to do it wrong or ill ruin the whole engine
I doubt you will. The threads on the oil switch will get messed up before the block does. It's a weaker metal on the switch

Maybe I got the wrong one now it’s bogging down when it’s under vacuum load
Oil pressure switch shouldn't have anything to do with the vacuum bogging the motor down . The oil pressure switch is eighter for a guage or more likely it's to shut the engine down if the pressure gets too low ie low oil levels or pump problems if that's the case it should shut the engine down completely if pressure drops below set threshold, not bog it down

I don’t know how but I’ll look it up
I’m gonna try to figure out how to change the coil packs
The little rubber cap on top of the vac gauge. Lift it up to release pressure.

Then put the machine back on full load. If it’s rediculously high…that’s why it’s killing the engine. Ask me how I found out about that simple fix. I bought a $6k blower and it was just the gauge😞
