Any advice on getting motor oil stains out of grout?
The dealership had a couple old cars on display for about 6 months or more that leaked oil all over the floor.
Any advice is appreciated.

how much are is stained?

one square foot or 100?

or should I guess?
A lot. 2 areas about 50 sq ft roughly that need a lot of work.
Tried the viper line peroxide and renew. The renew got the tile clean easily but the grout lines aren t coming out very well. The peroxide didn't help much on the initial clean.

They ran a scrubber over the whole floor the one they use in the mechanics area and it looked like Crap.

I'm trying to get these grout lines clean so I can sell them on letting me do the whole thing.

I've got the viper citrus powder coming. Ran out a few months ago.

They just moved a car for me so I could see this area better. I worked on it a couple weeks ago.
I did scrub this area better and it looks like it turned out better but still didn't get it all.
Might just have to clean it a couple times. 20200501_104337.jpg

drench it in a high pH degreaser/ grout cleaner, boost with a Purple Power or stripper. Let it dwell for 20 minutes , scrub with any sort of brush and slowly steam with your Turbo tool at 1000 psi and as much heat as possible. Later and repeat if needed.

if it were small isolated areas I would have told you to dig it out and replace
I was pretty sure I can get it out. Had a little success but very labor intensive and inconsistent.

I was experimenting with the mop at the beginning. Experimenting with products.
