You guys overthink everything. I've been using pool peroxide for awhile now. Just put about 1/2 oz - 1oz in a bottle then top it off. No issues ever. I also store it for weeks without losing strength or using distilled water. Is your swimming pool full of distilled water?

It did do an amazing job on a human urine jobber I did. Made all the yellow go away.

Damon, the whole purpose for using purified water is so the peroxide doesn’t lose its strength. It doesn’t really matter if you use it within an hr or 2 of mixing, but if you want to store the solution beyond that, using regular water will make it degrade much faster. The unstable molecules in the peroxide will attack the impurities in the water (biological or mineral), and turn into plain water, rendering it useless....

it should last couple weeks with most tap water

it will depend on local mineral content how quick it decomposes (catalytic decomposition) I only use distilled water for my initial dilutions, what goes on the van is mixed with tap water
