The two pusher holes have stripped threads, I'm thinking die grinder when I get that far, then puller to pop it off.
I spun it up with the new speed control with no load and the shaft runs smooth.
I'll probably just convert to Aqua-Tech drive shafts and waterpump/blower combos in 45 &47 configurations.

I'm wondering what the issue was in the first place to warrant welding the pulley onto the shaft. There is not enough clearance to re-tap the pulley in place, so I will have to have someone do as Lee suggests if I don't decide to just swap for Aqua-Tech shafts.
