He saw the photos from my greasy spoon in project the other night and saw that I had to run a solvent and oxygen booster, he said I don't need any of that, just run these two chemicals and then clean the restaurant side by side with the other products and go back and look in two weeks to observe...

Have any of you used these two?

I've used Deep Clean, as an acid rinse that has some detergency. I like it. Not so much the tipycal PC sweet smell. I use it on wool and as an oriental rugs on location cleaner that will stabilize some dyes. Works well.

Never used with Powerburst and in a restaurant setting. It will likely neutralize Powerburst's (which will do the heavy lifting) high alkalinity, yet still act as a good acid rinse with an extra kick and soft feel when dry.

but you morons would rather play musical chairs jumping from one juice de jour to the next de jour flavor :icon_rolleyes:
and claiming they're all the "greatest evah"

Only been one de jour juice that's come close to Powerburst over the yeas ..Flex powder

Powerburst works great but not very economical at the label suggested 4 oz./gallon.

All Fiber Deep Clean also worked great, I just hated the scent so I stopped using it.

I use CTI's products they smell much better

are they still FOAMY as 'ell?

15-20 years ago I tried one of their new whoopty-doo presprays (can't recall the name)
smell was pleasant and not over powering AND It was one of THE BEST presprays I've ever used
It was also THE foamiest juice of any kind I've ever used

No firestorm and prozyme and extreme clean.

No foam boy!

Firestorm is a beast on commercial nasties and polys.

Power burst was reformulated I believe last year or the year before, but I could be wrong as this has happened twice.

From the SDS's active ingredients, It looks like a normal phosphate powder cleaner with powdered peroxide mixed in. I don't see how it could be any better than code red, grease eraser with peroxide, flex etc.

Like Larry, used p burst for years on nastys but switched to flex a few years ago bc of the smell and bc we don't do a ton of true nasty jobs. Used deep clean as everyday rinse for two years but I went back to an acid rinse because we were getting more wicking calls with the deep clean

I have 2 cases of Prochem pre-spray and rinse that I got when I bought my TM that I'm waiting to try.

But I have no real inclination to use anything but Harvard Citra-Zov.

On a larger commercial I will mix Judson's Slop and Gobble and Citra-Zov for economy.

It's knowing how to use what you have that makes it great.

sorta kinda

if I soak dishes in water only, I can still get them cleaned great
If I add some cheap generic dishwashing liquid, I get 'em clean great faster
If I use the best dishwashing liquid, I increase efficiency even more

same for carpet juices
some make life easier and more efficient
