Did you learn your lesson about stealing chemdrys proprietary ideas? Did you still go, did they try to sue you you to your finicial detriment?

Me too, but I did work for a chemdry franchise for 2 years about 13 years ago. I learned a lot of what not to do when I started my own business.

"ChemWho" bumper stickers and private labeled Parflex hose sure got them rilled up..
They didnt want Glides available to the HWE masses. Hard to sell a franchise when the steam cleaners were now getting equal dry times and better results.
They lost their edge.
This lead to CD swithing over to Hydramaster/ RX20s to keep up with us deep cleaners.
I should get a free XDrive..

I went to a local entrepreneur expo at my town's rec center, and they were there with a little TV advertising their services and business. It was my first few years of business, when I went. And I thought I'd be humble and watch their video. I got so mad when I saw what they had to say about the benefit of CD. Most of the video was doing nothing but putting down any business that HWE. The last 30 seconds of that 4-5min video was the only time they used to talk about the benefit of dry cleaning the carpet.
