I don't remember you mentioning the pads last time you cleaned and I wonder if that might have removed the last bit of residue this time? The floor was in very bad shape the last time you cleaned it and you may have started with a cleaner floor this time.
I also think maybe a neutral cleaner with dwell time and pad might have produced good results also.
Looks good thought and don't tell the management people how your doing it.
Right. The previous cleanings were done with a CRB machine (DP 420) which drops fluid onto the brushes and recovers it with a belt and wiper blades. It works wonderfully on most surfaces including this one and it is pretty speedy.
The OP has its own tank and jets, so washing is just up and back. Bear in mind that the soil is tracked in, not particularly greasy and easily absorbed into the pads. I got about 500 feet out of each side. A neutral cleaner works very well, I just felt like messing around a bit, having used ZEP on hardwood before.
