A total before and after would be better, I think.
The thought that this particular carpet might give the wrong visual to high end customers may be valid.

Personally probably not but I don't see anything wrong with it.

In fact it's kind of perfect, the carpet isn't trashed, but shows how it can be much dirtier than it looks.

I think it’s all about who your marketing through as most cleaners are not depending on high end customers for the majority of their sales.


There is a reason we only book 1 of 8 jobs that calls in, and I think it might be that we are 75 a room and all the other quotes are 5 to 25 a room.

I'd use it. If it were to be advertised on Facebook, I'd market it to an age group of 27-39 year olds. Allot of times, people in that age have never had their carpet cleaned professionally.
