I just got a phone call......."You forgot to do a couple of rooms"

It was back around the corner of a hallway and I can't even remember seeing them the day I went and estimated the place. Boy did I feel stuuubid.

Glad its only a block away and I can knock it off tomorrow late morning.

Never said I was perfect. Just damn good most of the time!

Well I got a call this morning asking where I was. Huh? Oh shit yea I remember speaking to you. Damn I must have forgot to put your info in my schedule. I wrote it down on a slip of paper and just forgot. I can re-schedule next appointment and come out, come later this evening or first thing in the morning. She says just forget about it.

So yea I'm not perfect either. I called and was going to do the job for free, but she never answered.

Yeah, I had one of these last week... Door is open I want this and that done. I forgot a closet on a 150' run(100' inside the house) The house has a basketball court in it and the hose run sucks to say the least.. Whatever it was my fault.

You just gave me an idea. I did a microfiber lounge chaise when I did the carpets. I think I will N/C that for the inconvenience.

Showed up to a job and the customer said wow you're early. Puzzled, I said only a couple of minutes? She said no , a week early.

Nice job Hoody... I called the customer telling her, I think you called the wrong company back.. she was so embarrassed that she overnighted me the correct check, with a $20 tip. When he had his other company his name was similar to mine (I had my name first !gotcha! ) one of my customers called his company by accident and they actually kicked bens his brother out cause they said all he was trying to do was sale sale sale.
