This ever happen to you?
I was cleaning a small hallway today when I pulled the wand to close and the brass touched my chest. That second or two is all it took, with the TM running at 230.

I rarely feel it unless I'm in shorts and the hose sits on my leg.

Years ago I ran a steam genie sgs36 120,000 btu propane burner tattooed PMF was here on my arm!

Yeah we have those on all the lead lines and at the unit. However that's not what burns you. What got me was the valve on the wand and the solution line on the wand. Wearing shorts even the solution hose will leave a mark.

Shorts are the killer for me, but during the summer it cooks you if you don't wear shorts, but burns you when you are ever careless for a momentum if you do wear shorts.

It's just a good way to remind you that you're still alive. Be grateful
