We put our camouflage couch out front thinking for sure someone would snag it up. It sat for two weeks so my buddy finally came and got it and threw it in the dumpster at his shop lol. I guess it was too ugly even for the people in my neighborhood which is blue collar middle class.

There are a few communities nearby me that would consider that a designer fabric Fred.

It surely would be fitting porch and deck furniture...just in time for the spring!

That place I use to hunt was owned by an 80 something WWII vet. Come to find out he was Gennys exes uncle and she lived just down the road.

We probably just missed each other during helping him clean up after a fire 15 or so years ago. Before I started my cleaning business.

Got me daydreaming now lol.

Kellie,

You should have put a for sale sign on it, even though you were giving it away. It would have been gone by the next morning for sure. It's more desirable if it has "perceived value". I have seen the same thing happen a few times now.

Haha! You're probably right!

I still need to get a new couch....lol. George won dibs on my zero gravity recliner and the love seat I now have to use is horrible on my back.
Thanks to some very generous people though, I am almost there!

I've actually stopped and grabbed cushions off some of the cotton or "other than nylon/polyester" couches that I've seen on the side of the road just to take them back to the shop to "beat the crap" outta them with different chems. It's a learning tool. Surprising how some clean up so well.
