Over Driving Blowers

Even at 1900 rpm your machine is only producing 200 cfm, Very similar to a 3.6 blower being run off of a 16hp engine running at 3200 rpm. I love to look of your machines, and I love the simplicity, heck Bob, I even like the price you sell them for. But in reality I need more vacuum than 200 cfm. Overdrive the thing, get it up to 400 cfm and I will be a customer for sure.

Doubt it, a 47 at 1750 rpm it is only rated at 181 cfm

I had a 1986 Steam Genie PTO for about ten years as a backup machine. It used .8 to 1 gal/hr, just as my 1987 WM DD did. When I replaced them with my 2003 WM Pro1200 I was staggered to find the fuel rate increased to 1.8 gal/hr. But it had more vacuum and more heat with the additional blower HX. But jeez doubling fuel costs really sucked. So yes, Bob is correct.

It's definitely a good idea to to get good fuel efficiency these days. They are talking about gas prices doubling in the near future. :x

i have a GREAT mechanic on call at any time......in his real life he builds cars!

pS:

The truck OR machine NEVER broke down in eight years!
i jus sold the machine outta that truck...the econOgenie!

the guy that bought it DID NOT follow instructions...and spiked two HX's.....
so i GUESS i gotta send him another.........he didn't even know the difference between a vacuum hose and a solution line...
but he found a rich uncle supporter for TEN GRAND...and NOW he's a CC'er!
