How much do you pay your guys for overtime?

Most pay techs on commission only so they get around the overtime thing

we start techs at 20% and any add-ons or work after 5pm gets 30%...also weekends are 30%. works out the same as OT....

Time and a half for overtime. Night jobs I pay them a min. of $50. NOBODY is going to go out for $25(2 hour job) at midnight and do a quality job. Make it worth the techs time. IDK I like hooking my guys up cuz I used to be in there shoes.
