What brands can yall recommend? OdorStop looks good on the interweb.

What size / output?

Is the built-in UV light worthwhile?

Length of treatment?

Do you just rent them out or do ozone treatments?

What do you charge for rental / treatments?

Anything else we should know?

We bought 4 of these this summer. They are really nice units.

No we don't rent them. Too much liability. We do the full job. Setup, return to air out.

Hours on slight odors. Over night on strong odor problems.

$350.00 minimum average home $500.00 .03 a cubic foot

If you're talking about cooking/tobacco/pot orders I found anything less then 5 grams/hour output was futile and 10 grams was starting to do some real work in 3-4 hours. I use 20 gram machines anywhere from 4-6 hours in homes 1,200 sq/ft or less, 2 machines or even 3 on large 2 stories. Never rent (I wouldn't trust a home owner or even a real estate agent). There's much more to it then just placing a machine and picking it up later. No comment on price.
